What is Seasonal Yoga
Seasonal Yoga is a method to inspire and empower you to take control of your health and well-being. Throughout the year you can achieve maximum results and a state of radiant health, through exercise, diet, lifestyle, mindfulness and meditation.
The root of Seasonal Yoga is in nature and Daoism. The Dao translates into the path, method or the way to live, the idea that there is a central or organising principle of the universe, a natural order that one can come to know by way of living. So literally we do not learn about nature, we learn from nature.
The Daoists study the flow of energy in the universe and apply it to an energy-based system which has a practical way of healing the body and the mind.
Nature does not hurry and yet everything is accomplished

Balanced well-being depends upon understanding and integrating our own cycles with those of nature. Living in harmony with the changes brought about with each season is the key to personal development and healing.
We need Seasonal Yoga more than ever to help support health and educational services which are under pressure by informing all ages (seasons of life) to manage their health and happiness. Seasonal Yoga reminds others that our body has its own innate intelligence and mechanisms for internal balancing, just as nature does.
With so many personal and social tensions we can damage and create imbalances by living against these natural laws. Seasonal Yoga shows us the ways we can change this.
