About me

My name is Nicole Dinnadge.

I have over 25 years of yoga experience and have recently qualified in a yoga practice called Seasonal Yoga. Having experienced, Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yin and Restorative Yoga practices, Seasonal Yoga is the combination of all of these as far as postures and flow but with a focus on how our bodies, our organs and our minds relate to nature and the changing of seasons around us. When we understand what is happening in nature and the universe, we can better understand what is happening within us.

I have worked in the Corporate IT world for 30 years. A life of fast-pace, stress and total dis-attachment to what I now understand and appreciate to be the most important things in life. I moved to Weare Giffard with my sons last year following a family tragedy in order to re-connect, re-build and re-gain a new life, a new strength and a new understanding of what my life is and what I want it to be.

Seasonal Yoga has simply given me a bag full of tools to help and guide me through life today and I would love to share them with you.
