The kitchen is modern and equipped with an induction hob, electric oven, microwave, toaster and fridge (no ice box). There is a table and chairs, comfy sofa and TV. Limited internet/wi-fi is available but please be aware - this is rural Devon!
Outside there is a private patio with a bistro set and lounger chairs for guests to use.
Across the road is a permissive woodland footpath leading to the Tarka Trail.
